Refund policy

Every Loyalto necklace is made specifically for you — handcrafted from your photo, engraved with your dog's name. Because each piece is one of a kind, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, we want to make it right. Contact us at hello@loyalto.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue. We will review each case individually and offer a resolution — which may include a partial refund or replacement at our discretion.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, typically within 24 hours of purchase.
